If you enjoy walking or being outdoors then outdoor counselling is a great way to help you move forward with your life. By walking you are physically moving forward; this helps your mind to think in a forward looking way, so at the end of a session you can feel mentally and physically refreshed. There is always the possibility of sitting down on a bench if you need to pause for any reason. Walking is always done at your pace.
At present I offer outdoor counselling in the following parks: Hyde Park, Regent's Park, St James Park, Green Park and Victoria Park. There is also the possibility of walking in the street, if there are no parks near to you.
