I have attended many courses over the last few years, including ones in solution-focused therapy, clean language, stress management, Autogenics, NLP, focusing, intuition, coherence therapy, somatic experiencing, TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) and working with trauma. I also worked as a counsellor on a helpline for three years.

I am a Londoner and have lived in different parts of the capital throughout my life. I currently live in Bethnal Green in East London. My counselling and hypnotherapy experience includes working with different charities (Alzheimer's Society, Arthritis Care, Bliss & Meningitis Now), EAP Companies and at Bart's Hospital for the NHS. Prior to this I worked in banking, sales and the wine industry. I love to travel and always try and keep fit by cycling and walking throughout London.
